This Weeks Message
After two weeks away from the pulpit this Sunday I plan to return, with all the passion and enthusiasm that a preacher should bring to his/her calling, to continue our studies from the letter of James. James introduces his first subject which, is a reminder that our attitude to God and life is determined by our understanding i.e. what we know. For some of us it may be more correct to say, what we need to know as believers. Jesus said ‘My word is true, you will know the truth and the truth will set you free.’ James begins, “Consider it pure joy my brothers when you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of our faith develops perseverance”. vs 2 & 3. This Sunday I plan to talk about what we needs to know about suffering, based on what God knows and on what we need to do.
See you Sunday!
