Rev. Richard Tok was a minister in the Presbyterian Church in Malaysia.  Previously he served as the General Secretary of the English Speaking Presbytery (1998-2004). He was a High School Vice Principal until 1994, when he took early retirement. He studied at the Singapore Bible College and completed with a Masters in Christian Studies (1996). On graduating, he had been an elder since the early days of GGBP.
Today he serves as itinerant preacher and pastor (interim moderator) in the ESP, visiting churches in various parts of Malaysia. He is the Honorary Brigade Chaplain of the Boys’ Brigade in Malaysia and the Associate Chaplain of the Boys’ Brigade Asia. Work among indigenous people (OA & Iban) is one of his cross-cultural interest. He is married to Mary and they have three sons Benjamin, Daniel and Stephen who worship at St. Andrew’s KL.
