Dr Victor Wong Kway-Shin responded to the call of his Lord and Master into full-time ministry in the 1980s while in Brunei. He then graduated from the Asian Theological Seminary, Philippines in April 1990.
Back in Malaysia, he served in the Scripture Union from 1990-2000, where from the last four years he served as the General Secretary. In April 2000, he was awarded the Doctor in Ministry from the Luther Rice Seminary, Georgia.
Soon after his retirement at 55, he was invited to be the General Secretary with the Bible Society of Malaysia which he held for the next 4 years.
