Study on the Book of Daniel.
Daniel was taken as a youth from his friends, family and culture with thousands of other Israelites into exile. Daniel shows us how to hold onto the reality of the LORD Jesus Christ in a world that we don’t control. He shows us how we keep our true identity as citizens of the everlasting kingdom when we are also citizens of earthly kingdoms that come and go. The great message of the book of Daniel is that Jesus, the Son of Man, the King of the everlasting Kingdom, is on the throne of the universe – high above the spiritual forces in the heavenly realms and high above all the earthly kings and kingdoms.
Come and experience the joy of meeting Jesus in the Scriptures!

There will be no class on 22-Feb-2015.
Beginning 1st March over 4 Sundays deacon Selinna Chin will be leading a study on “Joy”
Joy is found in the strangest places; in hospital rooms where patients are weak from surgery; around a dinner table when a husband announces he has been laid off; in a household where every waking moment is filled with laundry, cleaning, shopping and cooking. Situations like these are hardly “fun”, but they can be surprising occasions of joy. This Fruit of the Spirit Bible study helps you discover how to rejoice in any situation.
March 1 – Joy in Trials ( from James 1:2-12 )

What do we really mean when we talk about the Kingdom of God? How do we remain faithful to our true King in a hostile environment?
