Gasing Hill Adventure Trail
Time: 3.30 to 5.30pm
Venue: Meet at playground along Jalan Tanjung 5/4, Off Jalan Gasing, Petaling Jaya.
How to get there: If you are traveling from the Federal Highway from KL, take the left turn to Jalan Universiti/Jalan Gasing interchange near the EPF building. Turn left and travel along Jalan Gasing until you pass by La Salle school on the left. Take the left turn to Jalan Tanjung 5/4 immediately after passing Lotus restaurant located on the right.

YA meets every Friday in church @ Room 5 between 7.30-9.45pm
We will fellowship over a light dinner follow by worship, group study and discussion. For the next 8 weeks YA will learn about “7 Laws for Life” based on Selwyn Hughes’ resources. It covers an introduction and 7 keys principles for living the Christian life and challenge our world views. These principles have such inevitable consequences that they deserve to be classed as laws-as reliable as the laws of nature.

Our team at Run for the Nation

On the 8th of October, a team from our church, comprising of Danny Lum, Eugene Soo, Nam Chan and Douglas Tan, will be joining 1000+ runners on a prayer run for the nation. The event is organised by Run for the Nation, together with various Christian NGOs (www.runforthenation.com).
The objective of the run is to rally Christians to pray for this nation as well as be the answer to prayers. Therefore we’ve decided to also adopt the below program and raise funds through our run for them.
Please join and support our run in prayer and pledges. ALL funds raised will be given DIRECTLY to the cause below.

Visit to Chilling Falls

imageWe are planning a combined YF/Young Adult outdoor trip to Chilling waterfall, Kuala Kubu Bharu on 13th Aug (Sat).

Please register with Pr Greg Lim.

Meet in church – 8 am
Depart       – 8.15 am

The whole trip should take about 6 hours.
We should be back in church by 4 pm.

Please bring the following:

1. Change of clothes
2. Sandals/ slippers
3. Bring own food and drinks
4. Snorkeling mask to look at fishes
5. Bread to feed the fishes
6. Cap or hat
7. Lots of fun and laughter
